スフェリカルベアリングの取り扱いをしています。
オリジナルはボールにタフブラック処理を施して滑らかにする事により、フリクションと強度を確保しています。
ロットエンドなどの取り扱いもあります。

We offer a range of spherical bearings. Our original specification features a Tough Black surface treatment on the ball, delivering smoother movement while ensuring low friction and excellent strength. Rod ends and related items are also available.

NL102 Power Assist Steering Fruid

パワーステアリングフルード。低温から高温まで安定した動粘度を持つ、高粘度指数のエステルオイルを採用し、幅広い温度域で安定した性能を確保します。特に高温時の安定性に優れ、また、高いシール性と熱伝導率により、油温の上昇を抑制します。
これらの特性により、電動モーターの駆動負荷を低く保ち、発熱の抑制に貢献します。
さらに、フルード自体の摩擦熱の発生を抑えることで油温上昇を抑え、高温時のキャビテーションの発生を防止し、EPSの確実な作動を支えます。
熱伝導率の高いフルードとして、油温上昇を抑えながら安定した性能を発揮します。

This power assist steering fluid uses a high-viscosity-index ester oil that maintains stable kinematic viscosity across a wide temperature range, from low to high temperatures, ensuring stable performance under all conditions. It offers particularly excellent stability under high-temperature conditions.In addition, its high sealing performance and thermal conductivity help suppress fluid temperature rise.
These characteristics help keep the drive load on the electric motor low and contribute to reducing heat generation.
Furthermore, by minimizing frictional heat generated by the fluid itself, it helps control fluid temperature rise, prevent cavitation at high temperatures, and ensure reliable EPS operation.
With its high thermal conductivity, this fluid delivers stable performance while suppressing fluid temperature rise.

NL401 Engine Oil Additive

エンジンオイル添加剤。
CNT（カーボンナノチューブ）とナノファインセラミックのハイブリッドに、コンプレックスエステルを配合した最新ナノテクノロジーのエンジンオイル添加剤です。
単体でクッション性があり、高い潤滑性能を持つCNT（カーボンナノチューブ）は、ナノファインセラミックを取り込むことで、弾力があるベアリング状になり、さらに高い潤滑性能を持ちます。
そのハイブリッドとコンプレックスエステルが金属表面に電気的に結合して強靭な油膜を形成します。

Engine oil additive.
This is an advanced nanotechnology-based engine oil additive formulated with a hybrid of CNT (carbon nanotubes) and nano-fine ceramics, combined with complex esters.
CNT (carbon nanotubes), which on their own provide cushioning properties and excellent lubrication performance, absorb nano-fine ceramics to form a resilient bearing-like structure with even greater lubricating performance.
This hybrid, together with the complex esters, bonds electrically to metal surfaces to form a highly durable oil film.

NL501 Gear Oil Additive

DF/TMオイル添加剤。
ギアトレインのギア摺動面に極圧性の高い皮膜をコーティング定着させることで、優れた耐荷重性、フリクションの安定化を図り、ギアの作動をスムーズにし、ギアボックスの静寂化、耐久性の向上を発揮させます。
LSDに使用した場合、機器を滑らかにかつレスポンス良く作動させます。

DF/TM oil additive.
By forming and firmly bonding a highly extreme-pressure-resistant coating on the sliding surfaces of the gear train, it provides excellent load-bearing performance and stabilizes friction, resulting in smoother gear operation, reduced gearbox noise, and improved durability.
When used in an LSD, it enables smoother and more responsive operation.

NL601 Cooling Activator

防腐剤：冷却水及びLLCの酸化防止を目的にノンアミン系の金属封鎖材を採用。
界面活性剤：冷却水及びLLCの表面張力を抑制し、ウオータージャケット鋳肌面などの浸透性を向上させます。
熱伝導活性剤：冷却水の熱伝導性を高めることで、暖気を早くし冷却を促進し伝導性を向上させます。
エネルギー活性剤：冷却水内に混和させ隣接する電子、分子を活性化させます。

Coolant additive formulated to improve cooling performance and system protection. It helps suppress oxidation, reduce surface tension, improve penetration into cooling passages, and enhance heat transfer efficiency for improved warm-up and cooling performance.

NL701 A/C Oil Liquid Additive

エアコンオイル添加剤。
3種類の成分により摩擦を低減させ、コンプレッサーの寿命を延ばし、冷却効率向上により、エアコンの効果を高めます。

・専用カップラーに注入器を接続し、低圧バルブに接続して注入するため、フロンガスを使用せずに充填できます。
・車体のエアコンガスがR134aまたはR1234yfでも、専用カップラーを変えることでどちらも使用できます。
・電動コンプレッサーに対応するため、絶縁性の高いオイルを使用してます。

Air conditioner oil additive.
Its three-component formula reduces friction, helps extend compressor life, and improves cooling efficiency to enhance air conditioning performance.

- Since the injector is connected to a dedicated coupler and then attached to the low-pressure valve for charging, the product can be filled without using refrigerant gas.
- It can be used with vehicles using either R134a or R1234yf air conditioning gas by changing the dedicated coupler.
- A highly insulating oil is used to support electric compressors.

NL701S A/C Oil Liquid Additive

エアコンオイル添加剤。
3種類の成分により摩擦を低減させ、コンプレッサーの寿命を延ばし、冷却効率向上により、エアコンの効果を高めます。

・NL701と同成分で、1台分ずつのパッケージにしたものです。
・専用カップラーに注入器を接続し、低圧バルブに接続して注入するため、フロンガスを使用せずに充填できます。
・車体のエアコンガスがR134aまたはR1234yfでも、専用カップラーを変えることでどちらも使用できます。
・電動コンプレッサーに対応するため、絶縁性の高いオイルを使用してます。

- A highly insulating oil is used to support electric compressors.

NL801 Fuel Additive

NL801FAは、オクタン価を上げることでノッキングを抑えつつ燃焼を促進するので、実際のエンジンの作動条件下での効率的なクリーニングとパワーアップが可能となっています。洗浄効果がありながら、アクセルを開ければ体感するパワーアップ効果も併せ持つ特異な燃料添加剤であり、クリーニングによる効果を維持するトリートメント効果もあります。特にコンプレッションが高いエンジンでは、高い効果を発揮します。

NL801FA raises octane value to suppress knocking while promoting combustion, enabling efficient cleaning and increased power under actual engine operating conditions. While delivering a cleaning effect, it is also a unique fuel additive that provides a noticeable increase in power when the accelerator is applied. In addition, it offers a treatment effect that helps maintain the benefits achieved through cleaning. It is particularly effective in high-compression engines.

NL901 Tire Energy Liquid

タイヤ性能向上添加剤。
エアーバルブから注入することで、タイヤの内部から作用して分子間の結合力が高り走行中のトレッド部の縒れが少なくなり、以下の効果が得られます。
・ロードノイズ低減（時速50km走行時に、20000Hz以上の高周波が約25％低減されました） ※JARI（日本自動車研究所）にて計測
・グリップ力（特にウェット時）の向上＝ハンドリング向上＋制動力の向上
・スポーツ走行時などの発熱（熱ダレ）の低減

Tire performance-enhancing additive.
By injecting it through the air valve, it acts inside the tire to strengthen intermolecular bonding, reducing tread distortion during driving and delivering the following benefits:
- Reduced road noise (High-frequency noise above 20,000 Hz was reduced by approximately 25% at a speed of 50 km/h.) *Measured by JARI (Japan Automobile Research Institute).
- Improved grip performance, especially in wet conditions, resulting in better handling and braking performance
- Reduced heat buildup during sporty driving conditions, helping minimize performance fade

NL101S Super MP Grease

レースなどの過酷な環境向けに最適化して設計された、ポリウレア系の高性能グリスです。
耐熱性、耐水性、極圧性に優れ、ベアリングを保護します。

High-performance polyurea-based grease optimally designed for harsh environments such as racing.
It offers excellent heat resistance, water resistance, and extreme-pressure performance, helping protect bearings.

NL902 Tire House Coating

変性シリコンベースの、常温硬化型弾性固着防止材です。タイヤハウス内に付着する汚泥や、タイヤの摩耗によって生じるゴム片の固着を抑制します。低粘度で施工しやすいことも特長です。
耐薬品性、耐候性に優れており、幅広い用途の離型剤としても使用できます。

Modified silicone-based elastic anti-adhesion coating that cures at room temperature.It helps prevent mud and tire wear debris from adhering inside the wheel housing.Its low viscosity makes it easy to apply.
It also offers excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance, and can be used as a release agent for a wide range of applications.

ウティルノバ・バルブコアレンチUtilnova Valve Core Wrench

ホイールバルブコアの脱着に使用。
締め付けが最大範囲に達すると、カチッっという音で知らせます。
あらゆる種類のバルブ、特にTPMSバルブに適応可能で、バルブを損傷せずに、バルブコアを締め付けられます。

Designed for installing and removing wheel valve cores. When the maximum tightening torque is reached, the tool provides a clear click signal. Compatible with all valve types, especially TPMS valves, allowing secure tightening without damaging the valve.

タイヤリフレッシュベンチTire Refresh Bench

走行後のタイヤのピックアップを取る際に、作業台として使用します。
削ったタイヤカスが再度付かないように、タイヤを浮かせた状態で作業ができます。
ペダルを踏むとホイールを固定し、離すと回転します。

Workbench designed for removing tire pickup after track use. The tire is held above the work surface to prevent removed debris from reattaching. Pressing the pedal locks the wheel in place, while releasing it allows free rotation.

タイヤ台車。別売りのリムスタッキングリングを使用することにより、リムを傷つけたり、タイヤがズレ落ちることなく使用できます。

チルアウト（クーリングシステム）CHILLOUT (Cooling System)

チルアウト社は、液冷式ドライバー冷却システムやヘルメットクーラーなど、モータースポーツ向け冷却機器を開発・提供しています。
「GENESIS」（ジェネシス）は、同社が展開する液冷式ドライバー冷却システムの中核製品であり、新たな標準となるモデルです。
